Human-Animal Bond In Ministry (HIM)
HIM was started 5 years ago by Adeline Wong with the objective of bringing hope and healing through the use of animal-assisted intervention to inmates, desistors, at-risk youth, the marginalized and others in need. HIM works with many government agencies, community service providers, social enterprises and charitable organisations. Safety, ethical, animal welfare guidelines and certifications are strictly followed. Adeline is one of the pioneers in Singapore of this growing evidence-based therapy and Bloomtime is proud to support her efforts and increase the reach and number of projects in Singapore. We hope to see HIM making an even bigger impact in the near future!
