Who can submit?

Anyone with a charitable or social enterprise project aligned with our mission. However, you must be either a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Is there an age restriction?

There is no minimum or maximum age limit, however, applicants generally should be over 15 years old. What is important is you have a clear idea and plan, can explain it clearly, and have a great passion to see it succeed and make an impact.

Are there any timeframe requirements?

A project should be 6 months or longer. It need not be indefinite and may be either short term or long term. It really depends on your situation and how you see it developing and the role you want to play over time. We are flexible.

After your submission, our team reviews your project carefully. If it is selected for further discussion, we will contact you by email. The Bloomtime Project is not obliged to select any project submitted and all decisions are at the sole discretion of selection committee. We will endeavor on a best efforts basis, to inform all applicants of the status of their project submission.

What happens next?
What about confidentiality of my idea?

All submissions are kept strictly confidential. You should only submit a summary of your idea including the requested information but not any confidential details. If your project is selected to go further in the process, a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be signed by us if you wish.

Will you steal my idea?

Bloomtime does not have the intention or resources to directly implement a project idea by itself. Its objective is to assist the Project Owner to implement their project. Bloomtime will also not share project ideas submitted with any other party without the Project Owner's approval.
